REFUND POLICY

All Venus Ayurveda Products are covered by our Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective:

  1. You are entitled to Return it within 7 days from the Date of Delivery for a Full Refund
  2. The Invoice for the Purchase should be available upon Return of the Products
  3. This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the dashboard when they login into their profile.

Customer needs to initiate the order Cancellation within the next business day after the Payment In case the order has already been shipped, they need to approach the customer care through call or email to support@venusayurveda.in directly and get the order cancelled with Refund.

Product should not be opened/used and should be in a Marketable Condition.
